When the candidates come on board, we guide them through what to expect, who to speak with and how to become effective. This coaching helps new team members integrate well into your organization and prevents small communication issues from becoming performance issues.

We deliver long-term fit: With our smart hire program, we virtually eliminate the risk of hiring a poor fit.  Working with us is like having a one year interview for candidates you want to become permanent staff.

We make hiring simple: We give you useful candidate summaries, including select interview responses.  We review with you candidate summaries and after an hour conference call, you will feel as though you know each of the five to seven candidates presented. This process further reduces the amount of work required to interview, onboard and select the right long-term employee.
