The world is dealing with an unprecedented health crisis and our thoughts go out to all those affected by COVID-19. During these difficult times, our team is safely working remotely and will continue to provide a crucial economic service: staffing. 


While we diligently continue to support hiring efforts, the current state of affairs may cause disruption to various ongoing hiring efforts. On the other hand, we may also see an increased demand for staff in certain industries as well as an expedited recruitment and onboarding process.

  • Building a strong team is important and a manager’s time is already spread too thin. The daunting task of hiring can be unappealing and rarely do managers have the systems in place to recruit efficiently. Tilde Staff is passionate about helping companies reach their greatest potential by matching the right players for every team.

  • What makes us different is our team of project managers and technologists have the technical and managerial experience to understand what characteristics are truly important in a candidate. 

  • Taking the stress out of applying for jobs is a part of our goal. We spend the time coaching our candidates and make sure they are setup for success. We want to help candidates maximize their skills and obtain a position for a company for which they are proud to work.

 

Our Story

 

Our story began during a  brainstorming session over dinner. A group of executives and  engineers were all exasperated about the same workforce problem: A mismatch between jobs and employees; managers struggle to recruit the correct employees for their teams. The consequence of this mismatch was too powerful to overlook. 

Our dinner conversation eventually evolved into a series of discussions where we explored the status-quo. After much deliberation we came to believe that we could reengineer the existing hiring process and, although a big ask, we embarked on this journey. We are confident that our expertise and perspective can help managers and their teams thrive and edge them closer to their true potential.
