What we do.

01

Electrochemistry and recognition chemistry

Electrocatalytic oxidation of small organic molecules, and recognition chemistry built onto electrodes.

02

Instrument electronics and signal analysis

Embedded analog and digital hardware, real-time signal processing, and high fidelity simulation for recovering weak signals from noisy measurements.

03

Robotic design

System integration, instrumentation and measurement, automated control design, electromechanical prototyping.

04

Automation and intelligence

Machine learning, reinforcement learning, and numerical optimization algorithms that automate decision making and robotic coordination and behavior. General intelligence research.

05

Human biology, validation, and quality

Study design and validation work, with Phase II and Phase III clinical studies coordinated under Good Clinical Practice and institutional review board oversight.

06

History

How we got here.

We founded Tilde Staff in 2019 to automate project management.

In order to develop and test algorithms for automated project management, we needed live projects and project managers. Supplying them became a business of its own, and the same placement worked for other disciplines.

In 2021 we came under new day to day leadership and our purpose changed. We now take research through to a product, and the product through to profit.

Over the same period, we added the disciplines the current work needs in electrical engineering, mechanical and systems engineering, biotechnology, and clinical study coordination.
